Well, once again, my ticket is purchased, my bags are packed, I am trusting God to provide everything that Jacob and I will need and am anxiously awaiting flying to Cape Town, South Africa on Nov 1st. There is a big difference this time; the difference is I have a heck of a lot more monthly support!! I have watched God countless times in my life provide financially for me and I never get tired of watching him work. It truly amazes me to see the different people, different circumstances, and different ways he chooses to work and bless me. My God is truly a big and incredible God!!!
When I first learned I would be delayed because of lack of monthly support I kept thinking, I don’t know who else to call, talk to, or meet with, I am out of options and have exhausted my resources. You know, I’ve learned that it’s so much easier to use God’s resources, not only does He know a lot of people but man does He have some serious connections! All jokes aside, God continues to blow my mind with supporters still contacting me and saying things like, “You came to my mind out of nowhere, so I found you on Facebook and I would love to help support you while you are in South Africa” and “As you know I am a single mom and monetarily I don’t have much but everyone who knows me hears me say, ‘God is my source not money.’” I have been given words from the Lord, words of encouragement, and countless prayers. I know God will continue to bless me and provide until I am at 100% support and I am so thankful!!
